Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and c777 app ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the c777 app platform — including the casino, sportsbook, live casino, and all associated features — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the c777 app platform. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Section 2

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to open and maintain an account on c777 app, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are aged 18 years or older.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You do not currently hold another registered account on c777 app under any name or identity.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or had an account permanently closed by c777 app for a breach of these Terms.
• You understand that gambling involves risk and that you may lose the funds you deposit.
• You are not using the platform in a professional capacity to gain systematic advantage over other players or over the house through prohibited means.

c777 app reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Players who fail to provide satisfactory verification within the requested timeframe may have their account suspended and withdrawal requests held pending resolution.

Age verification is conducted at registration and again before the first withdrawal is processed. This is a firm policy that c777 app does not waive under any circumstances. Section 3

Account Registration & Security

Each player may register only one account on c777 app. Duplicate accounts — whether opened under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, c777 app will close the secondary account and review the primary account for any breach of these Terms before releasing funds.

Registration Information

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You must notify c777 app promptly if any of this information changes. c777 app is not liable for any failure to deliver communications resulting from inaccurate contact details held on the account.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. All activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. c777 app strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for additional security.

• Do not share your password with any other person under any circumstances.
• Use a unique, strong password that is not used on any other platform.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Contact c777 app support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Account Dormancy

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. c777 app reserves the right to deduct a monthly administrative fee from dormant accounts after this period. Players will be notified via their registered email address before any dormancy fee is applied. Reactivation of a dormant account is possible at any time by logging in and completing any required re-verification steps.

Section 4

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on c777 app are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform does not charge players a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside c777 app's control.

Accepted Payment Methods

c777 app supports a wide range of local and international payment options to serve players across Bangladesh. Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit on the account.

Chargebacks

Players must not initiate a chargeback or payment reversal via their bank or payment provider for funds deposited into their c777 app account. Initiating a chargeback is considered a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, recovery of any associated bonus funds, and potential reporting to relevant financial institutions.

Section 5

Bonuses & Promotions

c777 app offers a variety of bonus promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet promotions, and seasonal specials tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, the BPL cricket season, and IPL. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which players should read before opting in.

General Bonus Rules

• Each player is entitled to claim each welcome bonus offer once only. Repeat claims using duplicate accounts are prohibited.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period stated on the bonus offer. Bonuses that expire before wagering is completed are forfeited without compensation.
• c777 app reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time before a player has opted in. Once a player has opted in and the bonus has been credited, the offer will not be retroactively withdrawn.
• Bonuses are credited in BDT and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
• Where multiple bonuses are active simultaneously, specific rules may apply regarding the order in which bonus funds and real money funds are used for bets. These rules are stated on each individual bonus offer page.

Section 6

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on c777 app are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, market, or casino game. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game or betting market before placing a wager. Ignorance of game rules is not accepted as grounds for a refund or reversal of a settled bet.

Sportsbook Rules

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Subsequent changes to odds do not affect already-confirmed bets.
• In-play bets are subject to a brief acceptance delay to prevent exploitation of score updates. c777 app reserves the right to void in-play bets placed after the outcome of the relevant event is known.
• If a match, event, or fixture is abandoned or postponed without resuming within 48 hours of the originally scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be void and stakes returned, unless specific market rules state otherwise.
• Cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — follow ICC rules for match results. In the event of DLS (Duckworth-Lewis-Stern) method being applied, the DLS result is used to settle match-winner markets.

Casino & Live Casino Rules

• All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The integrity of game outcomes is verified by independent third-party auditors.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game session — including disconnection, game freeze, or server error — the round is considered void and the stake is returned to the player's account.
• Live casino games are streamed in real time. Any visible technical disruption to the stream that prevents a clear outcome from being determined will result in the round being voided.
• Maximum win limits may apply to specific casino games and are displayed within the game's information panel before play begins.

Section 7

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the c777 app platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Opening more than one account, whether under your own identity or using a third party's identity or documentation.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings gained through such exploitation are void.
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer games, poker rooms, or sportsbook markets to manipulate outcomes.
• Using the platform to launder money or process funds derived from criminal activity.
• Accessing the platform on behalf of another person for commercial or professional betting purposes without explicit written authorisation from c777 app.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or any support interaction.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward c777 app staff, support agents, or other players via any communication channel.

Section 8

Account Suspension & Closure

c777 app reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account at any time for the following reasons, without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the player's bank or payment provider.
• Player self-exclusion request via the Responsible Gaming tools.
• Court order, regulatory direction, or other legal requirement to close the account.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting c777 app customer support via live chat. Before closure is finalised, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed, and any outstanding real-money balance will be returned via the player's preferred payment method. Bonus balances that have not yet met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Appeals Process

Players who believe their account has been incorrectly suspended or closed may submit a written appeal by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Limitation of Liability

Our maximum aggregate liability to any individual player shall not exceed the total real-money balance held in that player's account at the time of the claim.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints and appeals process will be referred to binding arbitration. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law.
